I'v really been meaning to get back into writing music so I have decided that for February i am going to participate in February Album Writing Month ( fawm.org ). I tried this once before but never completed it. The idea is to write an album of 14+ songs all during the course of Feb. I'm not sure if I want to do another ambient album, or try and do an old school industrial album. Hrmm... time to get the studio back together and start practicing my guitar.

Recently Iv been working on playing some of my classic games on my mac. I had been using dosbox forever which I highly recommend. Its avalible for Windows / Mac / Linux and it does a great job running older dos games. Someone decided to make a nice frontend for Dosbox that will automatically import, setup, and organize your old dos games. The app is called Boxer ( www.boxerapp.com ). Its really slick, and makes running the games a piece of cake. You can get older dos games from various abandonware sites such as  Abandonia .

The new year is here. I try not to make resolutions but I always end up with a list of things I want to accomplish this year. Its pretty simple: 1. Travel More I'm really going to do it this year. Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Boston, and New York are all places I would like to try and see this year. 2. Simplify my life Less junk. More experiences. 3. Be more outgoing Should be self explanatory 4. Write more music Like, for real this time.
